Agricultural E-Commerce & Digital Platform
Ktraj replaces a supply chain coordinated over phone calls and spreadsheets with a single platform for listing produce, onboarding suppliers and processing orders. The storefront, supplier console and admin share one catalogue and pricing model, while commission and affiliate rules are applied automatically at checkout. Built as a demo, the system illustrates how agricultural marketplaces can digitise sourcing, fulfilment and settlement without losing the regional supplier relationships that make the trade work.
An agricultural supply chain of this size is rarely run on a single system. Buyers negotiated prices by phone, confirmed stock over WhatsApp and reconciled deliveries on paper, so the same product could be quoted at three different prices in one afternoon. Suppliers had little visibility into demand and no reliable way to publish availability, while the operator carried every order in spreadsheets and memory. Stock counts drifted from reality, commissions were calculated by hand, and no audit trail existed when a dispute arose. Growth meant more suppliers, more calls and more errors rather than more throughput.
At a glance
We built a single commerce core with a public storefront, a supplier portal and an operations console sharing one catalogue. Products carry structured pricing, units, grades and stock, so buyers see current availability instead of a quoted guess. Orders move through a defined pipeline from placement to fulfilment, with commission and affiliate rewards calculated automatically and recorded against the order. Role-based access separates supplier, buyer and administrator duties, and every stock or price change is written to an audit log. The outcome is one truthful version of the catalogue that all three parties operate against.
At a glance
Product discovery, cart and checkout tuned for bulk agricultural ordering.
Buyer and grower listings with grades, units and seasonal availability.
Supplier profiles, verification status and delivery coverage across regions.
Order pipeline from placement through fulfilment, invoicing and settlement.
Referral tracking and automatic commission calculation on completed orders.
Advisory, logistics and input services attached to relevant listings.
Catalogue tools for pricing, stock, variants and scheduled bulk updates.
Each tier can be scaled, replaced or taken offline independently. Data flows left to right; failure in a downstream tier never blocks the primary transaction path.
Client
01Two user-facing surfaces backed by one shared catalogue and identity model.
Edge & API
02Request handling, caching and identity enforced before any domain work begins.

Every dependency here has a long support horizon, an active community and a large hiring pool. That keeps total cost of ownership predictable long after launch.
